Box Office FAQs
Have a question about your booking, tickets or watching a performance?
Do I need to get dressed up?
Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Some people like to wear their fanciest clothes, others come straight from work in a suit and tie, and someone else might be in jeans and a hoodie. We welcome everyone and don’t want anyone to be put off by not feeling ‘dressed up’ enough.
Do I need to print my eticket?
No, you can show your eticket at the door of the venue where our ushers will scan directly from your phone.
Is there somewhere to eat/drink?
Yes, we have a small café/bar at the Conservatoire which is run by our catering partner ‘Where the Monkey Sleeps’. The café serves hot and cold drink and snacks. The café is open before the show and during the interval for most performances.
In order to keep the venue safe, clean and tidy we don’t allow hot drinks, food or glass into the performances spaces.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Unfortunately, we don’t have anywhere to store jackets etc, so please don’t bring anything too bulky.
Can I film or take pictures of the performance?
Once you take your seat in the performance spaces, please make sure your phone is on silent.
Photos and filming are not allowed during the performance.
What if I’m running late?
We may ask you to wait until a certain part of the production to take your seats. In rare circumstances latecomers will not be admitted due to the design of the production.
It may be necessary to seat you somewhere other than your booked seat until the interval. This is to avoid disruption to other audience members and our performers.
Do you offer concession tickets?
Yes, we offer concessions for ages 60+ and 26 and under.
We offer disability concessions via our partners Nimbus. More information on disability concessions is available on the dedicated page.
Group booking discounts are available for groups of 10+. Please call the Box Office on 0141 332 5057 to make a group booking.
Do I need to buy a ticket for a baby?
Please contact the Box Office on 0141 332 5057 if you need a Babes in Arms ticket (for children up to age 1). There is no charge for a babes in arms ticket.
We suggest booking an aisle seat so you can easily leave the venue if necessary. Babes in Arms won’t be issued their on seat, so will need to be held throughout the performance. Carriers, prams or buggies cannot be taken into the venues.
Do you have wheelchair spaces?
All of our venues have dedicated wheelchair spaces with a companion seat beside. Wheelchair spaces can be booked online or by phone. Please see our access page for more details.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for one year and can be used to buy tickets or merchandise.
I’ve booked a ticket but can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds, but we will be happy to issue a gift voucher to the value of your tickets, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the performance.
The show I want to see is sold out. Will more seats be released?
We are occasionally able to release extra seats in the run up to a show. If the performance you are looking for is sold out please call the Box Office on 0141 332 5057 and ask to be added to the waiting list. We will give you a call if any more seats become available.
