Andrew Butcher is an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Risk Committee of Euroclear SA/NV. In an executive career spanning 32 years, Andrew held senior positions at Citigroup, J.P.Morgan and Bank of America in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and London. He is a governor of the Yehudi Menuhin School, and has been Chair of the Sherborne Girls Foundation and a governor of the Ada National College for Digital Skills.

Andrew holds an MA in Music from Cambridge University.
